Several processes involve transfers to the United States — hosting, AI generation (Google, OpenAI), transactional email, payments — covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework. Your content is NEVER used to train AI models: that is contractual. You can export or delete your account at any time; your data is then erased from the app within 30 days, and copies may remain for a while in technical backups, which are only there to restore the service.
